REQLAMENTİ
1. 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunu Azərbaycan Şahmat Federasiyası Bəstəçilik komissiyası keçirir.
2. Yarış 6 bölmə üzrə (ikigedişli-#2, üçgedişli-#3, çoxgedişli-N#, etüdlər -+=, yardımmat – H#, əksmat- S#) keçirilir.
3. Hər müəllif hər bölməyə yalnız bir orijinal (heç yerdə dərc olunmamış) məsələ və ya etüd göndərə bilər. Şərikli əsərlərin iştirakına icazə verilmir.
4. Hər hansı bir bölmədə iştirakçıların sayı üç nəfərdən az olarsa, həmin bölmə üzrə yarış keçirilməyəcək.
5. Bəstələr hakimlərə anonim olaraq, yəni müəlliflər göstərilmədən göndəriləcək.
6. Anonimliyi qorumaq üçün 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun hakimləri barədə əlavə məlumat veriləcək.
7. Yarışın elan tarixi: 1.03.2015.
8. Bəstələrin yarışın direktoruna son göndəriş tarixi – 1.05.2015.
9. Nəticələrin ilkin elanı – 15.06.2015.
10. 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun direktoru - Vidadi Zamanov (Göyçay).

15. 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun bağlanışı A.Sarıçevin xatirəsinə həsr olunmuş həlletmə yarışı zamanı keçiriləcək.

2. Yarış 6 bölmə üzrə (ikigedişli-#2, üçgedişli-#3, çoxgedişli-N#, etüdlər -+=, yardımmat – H#, əksmat- S#) keçirilir.
3. Hər müəllif hər bölməyə yalnız bir orijinal (heç yerdə dərc olunmamış) məsələ və ya etüd göndərə bilər. Şərikli əsərlərin iştirakına icazə verilmir.
4. Hər hansı bir bölmədə iştirakçıların sayı üç nəfərdən az olarsa, həmin bölmə üzrə yarış keçirilməyəcək.
5. Bəstələr hakimlərə anonim olaraq, yəni müəlliflər göstərilmədən göndəriləcək.
6. Anonimliyi qorumaq üçün 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun hakimləri barədə əlavə məlumat veriləcək.
7. Yarışın elan tarixi: 1.03.2015.
8. Bəstələrin yarışın direktoruna son göndəriş tarixi – 1.05.2015.
9. Nəticələrin ilkin elanı – 15.06.2015.
10. 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun direktoru - Vidadi Zamanov (Göyçay).

13.Yarışda hakimlər yalnız qalib 1-3-cü yerləri müəyyən edəcəklər, təltifə düşməyən digər məsələ və etüdlər müəlliflərə qaytarılacaq və onlar həmin bəstələrdən digər yarışlarda istifadə edə bilərlər.
14. Qaliblərfəxri fərman, medal və kubokla təltif olunacaqlar.
15. 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun bağlanışı A.Sarıçevin xatirəsinə həsr olunmuş həlletmə yarışı zamanı keçiriləcək.
