4. Hər hansı bir bölmədə iştirakçıların sayı üç nəfərdən az olarsa, həmin bölmə üzrə yarış keçirilməyəcək.
5. Bəstələr hakimlərə anonim olaraq, yəni müəlliflər göstərilmədən göndəriləcək.
