The Lithuanian chess composers` society announces a memorial tourney of Mecislavas Palevicius.
Theme: serial (all kinds) mate or stalemate problem with neutral pawns. Other fairy pieces or conditions are allowed. No more than 15 moves.
Entries must be sent by 1st of January, 2016, to director of tourney Borisas Gelpernas, Vytenio g. 27-15, LT-03112 Vilnius, Lithuania or by e-mail: Borisas2011@gmail.com. Write your post address.
The judge will be announced latterly.

A. helpmate h#2, in HotF form (Helpmate of the Future), with at least two pairs of related solutions. Judge Ioannis Kalkavouras. B. fairy #2, with accepted elements {one fairy condition} and/or {one fairy piece type}. Judge Emmanuel Manolas. Original computer-checked problems, (no zero-positions), may be submitted by each composer to one or both sections specifying : Name & e-mail & country of the composer, diagram & FEN notation & stipulation & solution of the problem. Send e-mail with subject "JT-Manolas-65" to manolas.emmanuel@gmail.com . Closing day : 12-July-2015. The participants will receive a copy of the award by e-mail.

σε μορφή HotF (Helpmate of the Future, Βοηθητικό του Μέλλοντος), με τουλάχιστον
δύο ζεύγη συναφών λύσεων. Κριτής Ιωάννης Καλκαβούρας.
B. μυθικά #2, με αποδεκτά στοιχεία {μία μυθική συνθήκη} και/ή {ένα είδος μυθικού κομματιού}. Κριτής Εμμανουήλ Μανωλάς. Αδημοσίευτα προβλήματα ελεγμένα από υπολογιστή (όχι zero-position) μπορεί να υποβάλει ένας συνθέτης σε ένα ή δύο τμήματα του διαγωνισμού, καθορίζοντας :
Όνομα και e-mail
και χώρα του συνθέτη,
διάγραμμα και FEN
συμβολισμός και εκφώνηση και λύση του προβλήματος.

2. Yarış 6 bölmə üzrə (ikigedişli-#2, üçgedişli-#3, çoxgedişli-N#, etüdlər -+=, yardımmat – H#, əksmat- S#) keçirilir.
3. Hər müəllif hər bölməyə yalnız bir orijinal (heç yerdə dərc olunmamış) məsələ və ya etüd göndərə bilər. Şərikli əsərlərin iştirakına icazə verilmir.
4. Hər hansı bir bölmədə iştirakçıların sayı üç nəfərdən az olarsa, həmin bölmə üzrə yarış keçirilməyəcək.
5. Bəstələr hakimlərə anonim olaraq, yəni müəlliflər göstərilmədən göndəriləcək.
6. Anonimliyi qorumaq üçün 2-ci Azərbaycan kubokunun hakimləri barədə əlavə məlumat veriləcək.
7. Yarışın elan tarixi: 1.03.2015.
8. Bəstələrin yarışın direktoruna son göndəriş tarixi – 1.05.2015.
